It felt a little too pricey for what was basically a simple turf cleaning. The job was fine, fine, but for the cost, I expected a bit more.

They was good overall. Service is smooth and I’d probably booked them again if I need it

I had them run late twice, and both times there was barely any heads up. I get that delays happen, but customers should at least be kept in the loop so we’re not just sitting around waiting

It did help with the dog pee stains for the most part, but there’s still one older spot that I can see a little. It also took longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. I asked a couple questions along the way and kept getting inconsistent answers, so that made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be...

I’ve tried this a few times now, it’s never the same twice. One day it’s fine, the next it’s totally different for no clear reason. Kind of frustrating. Anyway, the universe is chaos and so is this product.

The tech was polite and actually showed up on time, which apparently counts as a small miracle these days. The work seemed fine overall, but the communication wasn’t exactly amazing. I had to do a bit of guessing, which is always fun. Not a terrible experience, just average.

They did help the drainage a bit, so I’ll give them credit for that. But after a few good rains, I still had areas in the yard holding water, which was frustrating. It also took longer than I expected, and when I called to ask about it, I kept getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer. Maybe this works better for other yards, but mine still has issues.

turfresh did work in the beginning, and our yard definitely smelled better for a little while. But after a few weeks, the odor started coming back, which was disappointing because I expected it to last longer. When I brought it up, I felt a little dismissed, like it was just considered normal or not a big deal. It’s not a terrible product, it just wasn’t very long-lasting for us.

Booked Turfresh because our yard was starting to smell rough from the dogs. Not great. The guy showed up right on time and was super easy to talk to.

He walked me through what he was doing and didn’t seem rushed at all. Which I appreciated. The turf looked a lot better afterward, and the smell was mostly gone pretty much right away.

Price felt fair for the amount of work they did. No complaints. I’ll probably call them again when it gets bad during the summer

I checked out turfresh because I was trying to figure out how to deal with my artificial grass, especially the smell situation in my own yard. i was hoping for something more useful, but a lot of the tips felt basic to me, like rinsing it down or brushing it out.

Maybe it’s helpful if you’re brand new to turf, but for what I needed, it didn’t really do much. I wanted more specific advice or at least some clear product recommendations, so I left feeling like I still had to figure it out myself

I waited longer than I should have because I figured the turf was just going to smell no matter what, especially with dogs using it all the time. But after having Turfresh come out, it’s so much better. I’m not saying it’ll stay perfect forever, and I know I still have to keep up with it, but right now the odor is gone and I’m glad I finally did it.

At first, I thought they did a decent job because the turf looked cleaner and fresher right after they finished. The guy I spoke with sounded confident too, so I kind of assumed the results would hold up for a while. But after a couple of weeks, it started looking dull again. For what I paid, I was expecting it to stay looking better longer.

The smell was really strong when I opened it, and I just didn't feel good using it around my kids. I thought it would be fine, but it kind of makes me nervous, so I didn't really used it much

They helped me out fast, and I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me. Can't complain at all.

I had them come out to do a pet urine treatment on my turf, and at first I thought maybe it helped. To be fair, they were nice enough and showed up like they were supposed to, which is always something. But within a few days, the smell was right back. When I called, they basically said that was normal. I guess it’s impressive to charge for a treatment that barely lasts, but I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth...

I really wanted this to work for our yard, but the pet safety info just felt way too vague. With dogs constantly sniffing, rolling around, and laying on everything, I need to know exactly what’s being used. Maybe it’s totally fine, but expecting pet owners to just trust it with barely any details is kind of ridiculous. I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to use it.
